Virgin Entry

I've always loved cooking, lately I wanted to try baking.
After a few disaster, which I will post later, I have decided to keep a record of my baking and cooking adventure in the kitchen.

Today is my third attempts at making Pandan Cake. I tried looking for recipe on the web, but nothing interest me. I bought a recipe book from NTUC called "Making your own Pastry" and tried to use it.

After the third attempt - I must admit that I'm actually quite proud of my achievement. Sigh! Baking is much harder than cooking ... but I'm having fun!
