Christmas Feast II- Bite Size Food

Quail Eggs dip in five spice salt, garlic salt, chicken salt or just plain .... it's a fabulous idea when there are plenty of little kids running around the house. It's one of the easiest food to feed them ... and most of them loved it!

These are little round toasted bread for cheese and tuna. I used my drinking glass - about 8cm and cut out a loaf of white sliced bread. Flatten it with a pin roller and brush both side with some olive oil. Toast until slightly brown and ta da!!!

Thai Chicken Ball - mince chicken, bread crumbs (I used the left over cut out bread from above), seasoning and chopped up coriander.
