Bread and such

For a short holiday to Bintan with friends and family, I decided to bake the Jamie Oliver bread recipe for breakfast. I posted the recipe earlier, but this time I have some addition pictures.

Rolled out the dough to a rectangualr shape, placed the ham, egg etc in three roll, sprinkle generously with cheese and herb.

Roll in dough into a long roll, since my oven is not big enough, and join the two ends to make a donut shape! Bake for about 1 hour. Wah Lah!

I like very much bread rolls. In Spain call it "Pan relleno"
