Strawberry Chocolate Cupcake

Strawberry and Chocolate ... you can never go wrong with it, right?
They looked so pretty sitting in their individual cup, I cut out the top to add some strawberries in there.

Cooking the strawberries with some butter, sugar and brandy gives it an extra oopmh! I use a chocolate sponge cake mix for the cupcake ... I know, I know ... I feel as if I'm cheating, but the sponge mix is near the expiry date!
