Happy Birthday

My son and his father shared the same birthday. E understands that he's going to have a kiddy cake until such time when the son out grows it. As for my son, at the moment it does not matter what kind of cake as long as there's a candle on it and we all get to sing Happy Birthday Song. This is the first time I'm baking a cake for them ...

It turns out pretty ok ... at least we are all happy with it. I used a chocolate sponge cake mix (easier to stack and frost), divide the batter into 4 mini loaf pan. I've got my idea from here
