All Things Apple

I've been craving for all things apple ... apple pie, apple cake ... even thinking of making apple cookies.

Made this fabulous apple pie, bought the puff pastry from Carrefour. Cut about 4-5 apples, mixed of granny smith and fuji apples, sauteed with some butter, sugar and cinnamon until soft. Stick it into the oven until pastry is brown.
