I’m not a big fan of agar agar but curiosity got better of me … I was wondering how it’s made … so many layers and oh so colorful. This is my 3rd tries. 1st time was too hard, 2nd time was not sweet enough … this time I like the texture, just the correct firmness. I made it with coffee and evaporated milk … pretty!
